天之道，利而不害。圣人之道，为而不争。
《老子》第81章
The Way of Heaven is beneficial to all things ，and not harmful. The Way of the sage is to compete against nobody in what he does.

天之道:天道，天的运行规律。利而不害:施利于万物而不伤害万物。圣人之道:有的版本作“人之道”，和“天之道”相对应。

天道是施利于万物而不伤害万物。圣人的处世原则是只帮助别人而不与人争利。
