天下难事必作于易，天下大事必作于细。
《老子》第63章
Everything difficult under Heaven must be dealt with while it is still easy. Everything great under Heaven must be dealt with while it is still small.
[注释]
《韩非子.喻老》:“有形之类， 大必起于小;行久之物，族必起于少。故日: ‘天下之难事必作于易，天下之大事必作于细’。是以欲制物者于其细也。故日: ‘ 难于其易也，为大于其细也’。”这是一种朴索辩证的方法论， 隐含着事物由量变到质变的飞跃的法则。

天下的难事必从容易事作起，天下的大事必从小事作起。
